RPYA History

Located in Roosevelt Park and Norton Shores, Michigan (just North of Grand Haven on the lakeshore), Roosevelt Park Little League (RPYA) has been in existence for 30 years and is a proud charter member of Little League International. RPYA is a non-profit organization funded entirely by registration fees, concession profits and sponsor donations. Unlike most little leagues in the area, RPYA is privately owned and operated by several hundred volunteers. 

Our area has a very successful and storied little league program right in your own backyard! RPYA has a proud history of achievements including two State Championship baseball teams in 1999, 2001 along with District Championship/State Finalist baseball teams in 2007 and 2008. However, more important than achievement and accolades is that every year hundreds of RPYA boys and girls learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship – and they have the time of their lives doing so.
